Like leaves fall of the branches when the tree begins to shed, to make way for a new season, new life & nourishment. We too need to let go and release, things, energy and situations that no longer serve us to make way for our rebirth, renewal and a new lease of energy.
Autumn is a great time to start, letting go… of doubts, other people opinions, lack of, limiting beliefs, fears, negativity, toxic relationships and anything that no longer serves us.
Join me for 5 days of Affirmational Prayer, Meditation & Fasting
Monday 21st – Friday 25th November
Every Evening – 9-9.45pm
Nb. Please note this is not a religious led group – feel free to express your affirmational prayer in a way that suits your personal belief system. Your prayer is private and personal to you. The only sharing will be self-reflection, fasting and a safe group space.

Gentle body movement
Meditation/breath work/visualisation.
You may also add a digital detox/fast (to reduce white noise) as there will only be intentional technological use to support our fast!

Fasting options:
Full Fast – where you eat either early in the morning and then break your fast in the evening. Eg Breakfast at 6am nothing/water till 6pm. Or only eating once a day at a specific time.
Intermittent/Half fast – such as fasting till 12pm and then eating within a specific window, such as 12-7pm or fasting on specific days only.
Juice Fast – where you only consume cleansing juices such as Jason Vale’s 5 day Juice fast.
Food Specific Fast – you may just decide to cut something out of your diet eg sugar/chocolates, bread or only consume certain foods eg fruit.
Each fast will have specific benefits or depend on your overall aims and lifestyle, a juice fast may focus more on detox and replenishing cells, a full fast may also include this, plus abstinence and deeper spiritual attunement, a half fast may help you prepare for longer term dietary changes and weight management.
You can prepare for your fast by eating more liquid based foods (soups, stews, smoothies), or cutting down on certain foods (eg. processed and junk food). It is also important to break your fast with the right foods which are ‘nutritious’, I tend to break-fast with dates/smoothie/green juice to line my stomach first then eat bulkier foods later.
On this fast, I suggest cutting down on all process foods/junk/sugar/dairy and substituting with whole food, fresh and natural with plenty of filtered/mineral water and herbal teas to help flush toxins.
Please Note….Whilst it is normal to feel a little tired/rough for a couple of days as toxins are released, however listen to your body and stop if you feel unwell, experience major headaches, feel faint etc. If you have a medical condition, or illness/COVID/feel unwell or on medication you should not fast.
