Thank you for visiting my site, where the focus is on promoting (w)holistic fitness, wellbeing and healing especially for women (and of course some men:)
Holistic Fitness and Healing involves the ‘whole’ person not just separate parts as each aspect of our life are interrelated and intrinsically linked, whether it is physical, mental, emotional, environmental, social or spiritual.
My approach is based on a combination of my academic background in Psychology (Bsc), Social Research (Msc), experience as a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, Community Nutritional Advisor and my Fitness background (Yoga, BoxFit & Aerobics) as well as personal experience. I graduated from the School of Hard Knocks! 
I have a particular passion and interest in mental wellbeing, women’s health, stress and trauma bodywork, Mindfulness and empowerment. I have worked with diverse women and mothers for over 20 years and have tailored my approach to work with clients in a way that optimises their own personal health and wellbeing journey.
I provide health and lifestyle support, coaching and mentoring, provide fitness classes and wellbeing workshops, as well as host podcasts and written books.
So whether you are struggling emotionally or need support to improve your fitness, managing your weight, balance hormones (peri/menopause) and health, think of me as your personal holistic wellness guru.
