Having explored different yoga styles, I finally trained in Neuroepigentic yoga on the mountains in Austria 🙂 since then I have found my own yoga fusion based on my fitness background and holistic wellbeing, which I call Soul Yoga.  My goal is not only to enable you to become physically stronger, but to also strengthen your soul connection, realign your energy, release stress and unblock emotional trauma.  people pose-yoga-silhouette
