Have you noticed how much confusion there is around healthy eating, clean eating, plant based eating, dietary lifestyles and the array of diets and fads, which all claim to help you lose weight and be healthy!!  Not forgetting the amount of unhealthy fast food options bombarding you everywhere you turn, also combined with our high stress, modern, digital-on-demand but sedentary lifestyle providing an extra layer of unhealthy temptation.  Someone pass me the chocolate!

Well if you have ever tried to go on a diet, then you know that it also requires a high level of motivation and discipline, just the thought of diet can have you overeating!  The main drawback of some of these diets, are that they are usually either too unrealistic, hard to sustain post diet, or are too restrictive.  Plus very few take into account all of the psychological, mental, emotional and family challenges that can hamper diet success.
