Sometimes you just get sick and tired of being sick and tired! You want someone to talk to, to support and help you navigate through life‘s episodes, not a friend or relative, somebody impartial, where you can just be yourself, to laugh, scream, cry and not feel judged… I think everyone needs that extra healing space & nurturing from time to time.

 What is Person-Centred Counselling?

Counsellors who endorse a Person-Centred approach believe that given the right conditions, a person can reach their full potential and become their true self. The session is guided by the client as opposed the counsellor. The counsellors role is to support and facilitate this and empower clients to live, and become the best version of themselves.

Session Format 

Sessions typically last up to an hour, once a week depending on what has been agreed.

Sessions can be conducted in a private venue (near Camden Tube), via telephone or Zoom or in nature/outdoors park (which can also foster wellbeing).

Prices Start from £25  – Vary depending on location/duration

Naomi Davidson (CPCAB Accredited, BSc, MSc) has a warm, authentic, down to earth counselling style, she also incorporates holistic wellbeing and an integrative approach within her work.  Naomi is Researcher, Mental Wellbeing Specialist and an author.
