I enthuse a holistic and yin/yang style training routine, with the added benefit of my counselling, wellbeing and stress releasing expertise. Great if you have a high stressed lifestyle, role or job, we work from the inside out. I can also tailor to include both yoga and boxfit (YOGBOX).
