BoxFit is a cardio based workout which uses boxing drills and muscle strengthening and toning exercises.

My background includes Shaolin Kung Fu, Muay Thai Kick Boxing and yoga so you are guaranteed to have a tailor made cardio workout which focuses on your specific and personalised fitness and wellness goals.  No one-size-fits-all approach with me, plus my fitness motto is hard but fun!

I enthuse a holistic and yin/yang style training routine, with the added benefit of my counselling, wellbeing and stress releasing expertise. Great if you have a high stressed lifestyle, role or job, we work from the inside out.  I can also tailor to include both yoga and boxfit (YOGBOX).
