Although this is a free programme, the cost will be your commitment, focus and discipline for 21 days, in order to boost your wellness holistically.  It may not always be easy and there will be areas you prefer and ones which will be more challenging, but I encourage you to focus on both the easy and hard, as it may reveal and provide you with insights to your comfort zone. Remember they say it takes 21 days to change a habit!  This programme will facilitate, not spoon-feed, you will need to do some work too, so be proactive and set some goals for long-lasting results.

The aim is optimum development, holistic wellness and balance.

This will translate into you becoming fitter, healthier, energised with better mental clarity and a happier YOU!
